Process

How rental works

Request

Choose a car and dates. Send driver details. You get a reference immediately; the booking stays pending until staff confirm the car is free.

Collect

Bring a valid licence and the card used for the deposit. We walk the car with you and note fuel and existing marks.

Return

Same location unless you booked a different drop-off. Same fuel band. After hours returns by arrangement.

What you need

  • Full driving licence held for at least 12 months
  • Age 21+ for economy and compact; 25+ for luxury and performance
  • A payment card for the security hold
  • Proof of address if we ask for it

  • Autos House Hub Main depot — pickup and return
  • Airport Arrivals hall, rental desk
  • City Centre Downtown pickup point
